Booking Policy
• Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance, by 8:30 PM (office hours), to ensure seat availability.
• Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation with an attached voucher.

Child Policy
• Child rates apply for ages 4 to 11 years old (height between 91 cm and 130 cm).
• Infants (0 to 3 years old) with height under 90 cm ride free of charge, but no seat is provided.

Duration: 10 minutes

Requirements & Conditions:
• Swimmers must be at least 6 years old.
• Children aged 4–5 years must be accompanied by a parent, with an additional full-price ticket required.
• Children under 4 years old are not allowed to participate.
• A valid ID or passport is required at the time of booking.
• Tickets are non-refundable.

Remark:

The show takes place three times a day at 11:00 AM, 14:00 PM, and 17:00 PM.
